Terms of use

1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to the use of the Reuse circular economy service.

2. Right of Use

The Service may only be used on behalf of the Customer Company and in accordance with the authorizations granted by it. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their usernames and passwords and for all use of the Service carried out using their credentials. The user must immediately notify the Customer Company or AMP of any suspected misuse.

3. Permitted Use

The Service may only be used for its intended purpose in connection with commercial circular economy activities. The use of the Service for unlawful, misleading, inappropriate or technically disruptive purposes is prohibited.

4. Adding Content

The user is responsible for the accuracy, timeliness and legality of the content they add to the Service. The user may not add products or information to the Service if their sale, transfer or use is prohibited or requires official authorization, unless the required permits have been properly obtained.

5. Removal of Content

AMP has the right to remove content added to the Service or restrict a user’s access to the Service if the Terms of Use or the service agreement between the Customer Company and AMP are violated, or if it is necessary to ensure the security, legality or proper functioning of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as it is”. AMP’s liability is limited to a maximum of one month of service fees. Indirect damages will not be compensated, and AMP is not responsible for transactions between customers.

7. Contractual Relationship

The use of the Service is based on a service agreement between the Customer Company and AMP.

8. Data Protection

The use of the Service involves the processing of personal data. AMP processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Privacy Policy related to the Service. The user agrees to process any personal data obtained through the Service lawfully and only on behalf of the Customer Company.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By logging into the Service, the user accepts these Terms of Use. AMP reserves the right to update these Terms of Use. Updated terms will enter into force once they are published in the Service.
