Reuse Circular Services
Reuse is a circular economy service for the construction industry that makes the reuse of building components and furniture easy and cost-effective. Our goal is to reduce waste generated in construction and extend the lifecycle of usable products through digital solutions.
Advancing the circular economy through practical actions
In construction projects, large amounts of fully usable products end up in waste containers. Some of them are even new and unused surplus materials that could still have years of useful life remaining. To address this challenge, we developed the Reuse circular economy service, which makes the reuse of building components flexible and efficient.
At the core of the Reuse circular services is a digital platform that enables products to be inventoried either for internal use or for sale to other companies. We also provide comprehensive additional services, from inventory management to reinstallation.
Our mission is to put an end to the construction industry’s single-use culture through digital solutions and ecosystem collaboration. Our vision is to become a leading circular economy platform that enables building components to move efficiently into new use while industry stakeholders work together to build a more sustainable future.

Our story
We are a Finnish family-owned company that has operated under its current ownership since 2020. Through our work, we want to contribute to the green transition in the construction industry, and in 2025 we launched the development of the Reuse Circular Services.
We have received development funding from the ELY, which has enabled us to create a comprehensive service and a digital material management and procurement platform that streamlines reuse processes and improves material availability information.
The Reuse platform has been designed and developed in Finland in collaboration with a Finnish software development partner. Product development and support services are also based in Finland.
For us, being based in Finland means:
